This course will contextualise the competitive environment and show how it influences the design of the operating model and it will describe each of the major elements of the operating model and their relationship to each other.

On successful completion you will understand:
1. The design strategic design drivers for the operating model.
2. The choices associated with building organisational capability.
3. Each of the elements of the operating model and how they combine to create the operating model.
